Can Allergies Cause Body Aches?
health March 8th. 2025, 2:35amAre allergies causing your body aches? Well, it turns out allergies can cause like a brain fog and generalized like pain, but it’s more likely that your allergies are causing nasal congestion from swelling in your nose and then you’re just sleeping bad.
And so if you have poor sleep from your allergies, you’re gonna end up breathing through your mouth. You’re gonna get poor quality sleep and you won’t get restful sleep, and so you’ll end up having body aches, in general, just like discomfort and fatigue the next day.
If you want to fix that, you can definitely consider getting allergy tested and working on your allergies, and generally, that helps improve sleep and overall health. Thanks.
