Many of the women who come to me they come around the 21st week of pregnancy with a lot of pain in one side of the Hip or the pubic bone. They unable to sit they had pain under the tail bone and unable to turn around the bed or getup from the bed. So the common symptoms of pelvic flow dysfunction are your pelvic is not equal or it distroted, maintaining a very bright posture which could be straight body spine, and maintaining your naval in the center, draw your naval in so that your posture is all form and strong.
