Natural Synergy employs a combination of two Acu-therapies: Acupressure and Acu-Acoustics to extinguish strong pain while accelerating the healing process.
And because you can do it by yourself at home you don’t need to spend countless hours (and thousands of dollars) on an acupuncturist.
If you feel tightness or soreness in your hips and legs after sitting for an extended period of time, you might be inclined to try to stretch it out. This isn’t the wrong idea, but most of the time, you end up stretching the wrong muscle(s). This only perpetuates the problem and makes the hip joint more unstable. Dr. Lin teaches the right way to stretch your hip capsule to keep you feeling stable and comfortable!

Common reasons include muscle imbalance whether it is weakness or tightness, poor alignment ok knee cap, over use of leg resulting from excessive impact of high activities, flat foot deformity and finally the anatomical abnormalities in the knee cap shape and the grove in which it sits. Collectively all these conditions result to a condition known as chondromalacia patella which results in pain and inflammation. This is typically seen in young adults particularly women, they typically present with the pain in the front of the knee which is precipitated by going up or down stairs or when they try to sit up and walk after a prolonged period of rest.
